Administration Offices

The Administration Offices are located next to the Lakes Recreation Center at 19281 N Westbrook Parkway, Peoria Arizona  85382.

Hours - Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Resale Office is located in this facility and staff available to assist homeowners, renters with resale and obtaining Photo ID Card Vouchers necessary to obtain a Photo ID Card.

Architectural Control Services are located in this facility and staff  available to assist homeowners with concerns regarding Architectural and Environmental Standards, Rules, Regulations, CC&R’s and Violations.
